How to activate my kit

​


 

1. Activate your kit.  by scanning the QR code on the kit box or by opening the following page www.nostrabiome.com/mytest on your phone, tablet, or computer.

 

2. Fill in the form with the unique code located on the side of the sample tube

​

3.After registration, it is time for you to collect your stool sample. Follow the additional collection instructions present in your kit box

 

! Attention: Make sure your sample is not contaminated with any other substances and does not come in contact with the toilet. 

 

4. As soon as you finished with the stool sample collection process, put the collection sample tube inside the envelope provided with the kit and drop it by  the closest post office.

 

Envelope missing?

 

If you were not provided with a return envelope it means you are outside our pre-paid range. Please make sure you add the Sample in a small package and send it to us,to the following address:
