Our technology harnesses the power of multiple data sources, including blood tests, stool tests, DNA analysis, and intestinal imaging. We combine this data with proprietary computer vision simulation engines that mimic the behavior of each bacterial family and their concentration found in your analysis. Using a unique mathematical model, our technology can reverse engineer the inflammatory path in your intestine. This allows us to determine the order in which the inflammatory cascade began to affect your intestinal lining and suggest strategies to break the vicious cycle.
Analysis of microbial DNA

Our system leverages advanced DNA sequencing with the shotgun metagenomics method to detect over 1500 species of bacteria, fungi, and viruses in the human colon. This is a significant improvement over traditional testing methods that were limited in their ability to cultivate certain bacteria. With our system, we can provide a comprehensive picture of the bacterial composition in your colon.
